 Reporting to the CEO, Ross will develop and lead a new customer service department. Hell also develop a marketing plan for the firm and restructure the in-house call center. Hes pleased for several reasons:

 I like the compensation and the full benefits package, as well as the location. It is the same commute that I had with my previous job. This is a fairly new company that is growing rapidly. They are creating a spin-off marketing company and they are looking at me to run it next year.

 My main obstacle that I had when looking for employment was my lack of formal education. Without a degree finding employment within my pay grade was very difficult. In addition my previous company was bought out and my position was eliminated. Without being currently employed it made negotiations a little more difficult.

 The marketing material including the resume worked -- definitely helped in getting callbacks. The other area that was of great help when getting a job offer was the negotiation help.
